In version 2.2.0, the mod was updated for compatibility with R.E.P.O v0.2.0 Museum Update. Several improvements were made:
- A bug was fixed where adjusting colour sliders with Match Skin Colour enabled would show an incorrect preview.
- Grab beam colour updates are now sent only when necessary, reducing unnecessary network traffic and improving latency.
- A button to access grab beam colour settings was added to the vanilla colour menu, allowing changes while in the lobby.
- A debug option was introduced to place this settings button on the main menu.
In version 2.1.0, small visual and cosmetic fixes were implemented:
- The default opacity of the neutral grab beam was increased to 0.35 for better visibility.
- Colour preview accuracy was improved again.
- A bug was fixed where rotation grids appeared too bright or turned white with some colours.
- Internal plugin versioning was corrected from 1.1.0 to the proper version.
- Minor spelling errors in the changelog and readme were fixed.
In version 2.0.1, no changes were made; this version was identical to 2.0.0, with the changelog simply not updated previously.
In version 2.0.0, the mod received a major update with two highly requested features:
- Players can now customize the colour of their grab beam separately for each type (rotation, healing, etc.).
- A new option allows the grab beam color to automatically sync with the player’s skin color.
- When enabled, only the opacity setting will apply to that beam type.
- Full compatibility with the CustomColors mod was included.
- By default, the neutral grab beam now matches the player’s skin colour unless disabled in the config.
Fixes in 2.0.0 included:
- Greatly improved colour preview accuracy in the settings menu—bright colours no longer appear as plain white.
- The tip of the grab beam now updates immediately, no longer staying orange until an action is performed.
- Other players’ beams no longer reset to orange when entering a new level.
- Removed excessive error messages triggered by beam colour changes from other players.
