A simple mod for REPO that enables text-to-speech for dead players.

Changes since 1.0.8:
Version 1.0.13 fixed issue with “Display Dead TTS Text“. Now TTS will correctly appear next to the dead players.
Version 1.0.12 addressed an issue affecting the REPO beta branch, where rich text formatting for TTS was disabled for dead players, causing formatting to break. This fix ensures compatibility with both the beta and main versions of the game.
In version 1.0.11, the update introduced potential fixes for a bug where the game might fail to assign a death head to players upon dying. The system now includes a fallback to automatically correct this if it occurs. This version also added more detailed logging to aid in debugging, with many logs requiring verbose mode to be fully visible. Other minor tweaks and fixes were also included.
Version 1.0.10 focused on improving log output. Some logs related to player deaths were moved to verbose-only, preventing spoilers from appearing in the console during regular play.
In version 1.0.9, improvements were made to the text-to-speech (TTS) system. Dead players will now once again see TTS messages above their own heads, restoring expected behavior. Additionally, adjustments were made to help prevent an issue where player voices would fail to return to normal after revival, improving the consistency of the audio experience.
